THE HAYES - HAZY IPA (8%)
The Hayes you know and love! Our flagship hazy, juicy IPA. Nicely rounded with a blend of Simcoe cryo, Strata, Sabro, Mosaic, and Alora hops.
BLISSED OUT - TIPA (10%)
Brewed with malt from three North Carolina malt houses and hit with a hefty dry hopping of Sabro, Strata, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin before a final conditioning on organic shredded coconut.
LAUGHING WATER - SELTZER (5.5%)
Dark, sweet cherries and heaps of lime juice give this hard seltzer a sonic boom of flavor. One sip and you'll be dusting off your roller skates!
GRISETTE - FARMHOUSE STYLE ALE (5.1%)
Brewed with North Carolina malts and European spelt malt. Fermented with multiple yeast strains for a dry, crisp finish.
ETERNAL NITE-NITE - BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT (12%)
The first barrel aged rendition of our Nite-Nite imperial stout. Comprised of vast amounts of North Carolina malts to make it thick and dark but not cloying. Then, aged in select bourbon and overproof rum barrels for twelve months before the final blending process, bringing it to 80% bourbon barrel stout and 20% rum barrel stout.
PEACHES & PLUMS - GOSE (5.5%)
North Carolina malts and North Carolina solar harvested sea salt lay the foundation for a co-fermentation with peached and plums. Juicy but not sweet with just enough salinity and tartness to bring you back for more.
THE WORD - BELGIAN ABBEY STYLE QUAD (14.5%)
Born from 100% North Carolina malts, caramelized sugars, and a lengthy boil. This style pays reverence to the Trappist monks who brew these seasonal high gravity offerings under the observance of their monastic lifestyle.
